At one point in Kelly Larson’s life, she felt very anxious.
As a mom, she felt worried about her children’s safety and struggled with her fears.
But then a game-changer arrived in her life: yoga.
Through the practice, she found her breath. Her mind began to calm down. She became less afraid and more aware of the present moment. She stopped dreading the future. She then completed training to be a yoga teacher and now she’s president and owner of a studio, Yoga 4 You, in Savage.
“Honestly, [mental health] is why I’m here right now,” she said. “We’re just in our head all the time.”
