In this video, I talk about some of examples of Korean celebrity diet foods and what they like to eat when they lose weight. These foods are all relatively healthy.
As mentioned in the video already, these foods and diets are typically only consumed during a comeback/debut/movie, and are not meant to be sustainable long term (anything more than 2 weeks). Do not attempt to go on any of these diets long term and be sure to have a well balanced diet of healthy fats, protein, low sugar and reasonable amount of carbs relative to your current body.
I am not a nutritionist and do not endorse unhealthy dieting and extremely low calorie diets, so follow any of these trends at your own risk!
