Peterson Heatlh Foundation recently unveiled a new annual giving program branded the “Founders’ Circle” at an organized event held at the Ambulatory Care Center.
The lobby of the ACC was transformed with an Art Deco-inspired theme. The evening reception included refreshments and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Musical entertainment was provided by The Mike Kasberg Trio.
Mysterious mayhem was created by the Point Theater Players as a whodunit caper ensued. This helped to keep the festivities rolling and the evening filled with laughter and suspense.
The mission of Peterson Health Foundation is “to raise funds and make friends to accomplish the mission of Peterson Health.”
Funds are raised for scholarships, capital equipment and other Peterson Health needs.
Recently, the Foundation successfully completed the $8.5 million “A Heart for Healing” capital campaign, which provided funding for the current construction of the new Peterson Hospice and Home Health building at the corner of Cully Drive and Hill Country Drive.
Scholarships were mainly nursing education aid, helping Licensed Vocational Nurses go to nursing school to become Registered Nurses, and/or for RNs to continue…
