It’s free, requires no effort whatsoever and it’ll help you achieve your goals this year.

If you’re on a healthy roll this year but know you can easily be derailed by an office birthday, friend’s wedding or miscellaneous cheese board (the best) I have a simple trick that I swear by to keep my goals in check and on track – and it’ll work wonders for you, too.
If you indulge, first and foremost – do not beat yourself up. Life is to be enjoyed, and it’s not meant to be full of calorie counting, boot camps and feeling bad because you allowed yourself a cookie. My approach is all about moderation, and I’d like to introduce you to the 3 hour reset rule, which is about staying on track – realistically – which is one of the core principles my TIFFXO program is based on.
I’m intrigued Tiff, tell me more…
In my opinion, to be healthy, reset your food intake (and your attitude) every 3 hours. This rule treats every meal as a new event, so if you do indulge, it doesn’t mean the whole day is a write off. After you have allowed yourself to enjoy the treat, it means you reset the day and start fresh. I hear so many tales of people who start on a healthy eating plan, eat that one chocolate or biscuit and then assume the day (or week) is over because of a slip up. The all or nothing attitude isn’t sustainable – about diet, exercise or anything else! My 3 hour rule helps me stay focused and balanced. You are allowed to indulge every now and again, but treat the next meal as a separate day and get back on track.
And then what?
It’s time to get rid of the ‘all or nothing’ attitude. There are going to be days where you go off plan. Birthdays and weddings are a fun part of life and you shouldn’t have to hide or be scared of them. My 3 hour reset rules gives you time to reset and restart, leaving guilt all the way over there, where it can’t touch you.
Live and love your life
