I decided to make this video to sharing with you about my weight loss journey.

By the way.. I discovered a few great ways that helped me to live healthier and keep my weight balanced:

I now eat 3 smallish meals a day. That’s right. Instead of 1 large meal and a lot of candies and junk food, I now eat nutrient rich meals.

Stay away from the 3 whites: Salt, fat, and sugar. You find massive amounts of salt and fat in junk food. Sugar is found in soft drinks. Aim to cut this down to a minimum. I know you might tell yourself that your body needs it. The truth is that your body doesn’t need it. Your body is dependent on it!

Don’t eat after 8pm. Implementing this takes time. Trust me, I know this from personal experience. We’re used to eating late night meals. It’s really terrible for your cell renewal process. Make sure you have your dinner at 7pm and resist from eating anything after you had your last meal. Be disciplined.

Stay away from soft drinks. I know this is also easier said than done. Coke, Sprite, Fanta and other sugar drinks are terrible for your body. Instead drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. It goes a long way in slimming and feeling fit.

Go for a 40-minute walk at least 3 times a week. You can also walk 20 to 30 minutes a day. Walking is a great exercise for your body. Not only does it help in losing weight, it also relaxes your mind and soul. I recommend to walk right after your dinner. This helps burn calories and make you tired before you call it a day.

So here you have just a few things that will really make a difference for you. Trust me, I’m speaking from personal experienced. I wouldn’t recommended you anything that I haven’t personally tried. This has made a huge difference in my happiness, health and overall weight loss progress!
