Japanese Weight Loss Secret | Water Diet to prevent over eating
One of the things I unconsciously do and I think is helping me keep fit is to drink a lot of water during meal.
Just simply drink a lot of water while eating. That’s it! This helps you feel fuller more quickly. When the food you eat meets the water you drink in the stomach, the food gets fuller, so you feel fuller too. How simple is that?

But I actually drink a lot of water even before and after meals, so kind of all day long. (drinking on stairs, on sofa, while waiting for someone)
Personally I love sparkling water. Fizziness of bubbles makes me feel fuller so quickly, and I cannot eat much actually, even if I want to.
